DMCA Policy for Garlic Butter Shrimp

Garlic Butter Shrimp ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Garlic Butter Shrimp service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Garlic Butter Shrimp site or service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Garlic Butter Shrimp website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent by submitting the following information:

  • Identify the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
